I’m surprised by all the negative comments here. I recently ordered a dress in two different sizes, in their sale. I kept one of the dresses and returned the other. I received an email a few days later regarding a refund, and it arrived in my bank a few days after that. The dress is of high quality and much better than my expectations. It was sustainably packaged, and the company kept me up to date regarding delivery etc. I will probably use this company again.

I’ve been a customer for a long time now and always had issues with my refunds but really like thought so I still shopped there until my last order in July when i e turned a dress for it being too big. Now first of all after 2 weeks I hadn’t heard so I emailed them and it took forever to hear back. They couldn’t locate the dress and once they did they calculated the refund wrong ! This took another week. I opened a case with PayPal . They asked me to close the case so they can refund me which seemed odd. I think escalated this to PayPal and got my correct refund . This took a month. Never shopping there again!!! They’d rather lose a customer than reimburse £29 on time or at all! Incredibly poor customer service . Be careful and pay through PayPal or credit card so that you can claim your money back in case this happens to you

I ordered twice last month. I had a bad experience with my first order; the cardigan that I received was very bad quality and had a hole in it. I ended up returning both items from my first order for quality reasons. They refunded me within 2 weeks. I placed a second order for the same cardigan but in two different colors, and I received better items. I wouldn't pay full price for their items due to their low quality, but with good discounts, I don't mind.

The items I ordered were unsuitable so I sent them back for a refund. 3 weeks after tracking shows Thought received them back I still hadn't received any acknowledgment of this, let alone got my money back. I followed this up on social media and was assured the refund was being processed...it didn't materialise. I eventually got my money back after messaging again...apparently, a 'system glitch' had caused the problem. I own several items of Thought Clothing which are good quality but from now on I'll avoid buying from their website directly and only order their clothes from John Lewis which has a superior delivery and refunds system.

I am really surprised to read about other peoples' negative experiences with Thought. I recently purchased a load of clothes from them for the first time and the service was great - the clothing arrived on time and was packaged sustainably. I had to return some of the stuff as it didn't fit or suit me and unbeknownst to me, I accidentally returned an item I meant to keep, so it wasn't on my returns form. They immediately returned this item to me which I thought was so good of them.
