We Are Knitters Tracking Order Status

I have always wanted to learn to knit so having a few scarves under my belt I thought it was time to up my game. I purchased the Simone cardigan kit and was impressed with everything that arrived …apart from the pattern. The website has tutorials but they aren’t specific videos for the patterns available. The pattern itself is scant. Piecing together has become frustrating as it doesn’t show the complete process for “beginners” as the kit suggests. I also think the kit is good value but because I purchased during a sale. I am not sure I would invest quite so much next time.

I love there wool and products. Only thing why I am giving 4 stars is the shipment. It takes at least a week, with every order, to receive the products. I ordered before in December, and I thought the slow shipment was thanks to christmas, but now it appears not to be that way. So if you want to continue your knitting without having to stop because of shortage in your yarn, order in time!

I bought petite wools and 100% pima cotton. They are very good quality. I made so many beanies with the petite wools, and wish I could buy all the colors because they are very pretty. The spotted mauve and ochre are my favorite. The pima cotton is so soft and easy to work with. However, sometimes there are joining knots in the skeins and they are obvious. It would be nice if it's less obvious.

The needles that came with my kit are not finished well near the points. It causes the yarn fibers to catch and split as I am knitting. I expected higher quality needles with this kit.

My kit arrived within a few days. I loved the fact that in the kits there was everything I needed not only to get started but to complete the project . Best of all was the instruction booklet with suggestions such as circling the appropriate number for stitches required to knit my size. I appreciated the detained explanation of knitting techniques.
