Quick delivery, pleased with the product

Great service and product.

Really poor customer service. Takes ages to respond, and when they do it's like your talking with AI. They'll tell you they're 'happy to help' each and every email, but are either unable to unwilling to do so. I won't be returning as a customer.

I’ve used a Wave paddleboard before so went straight to their site when I was looking to purchase my own. Great range and easy to navigate and work out which board would suit me best. Managed to get a newsletter signup discount too which is always a bonus! Had a little trouble placing the order but got there in the end. I did email customer support about this though as spent a good 20mins attempting with being unable to order. I got an email from Tom then who could see if managed to place my order but due to the issues sent me a freebie waterproof phone case so that was really nice! Order arrived next day I think which was great, got it all unboxed and really pleased with the quality and price! There was a defect with my boards backpack though. Sent another email to customer support who promptly has sent me out a new backpack! Thank you Sofia for getting that done without any hassle. Overall 10/10 for the customer support and product itself! Can’t wait to use the board now 🏄

Good product at a very good price and very fast next day delivery. The Item was brand new in a sealed box but when I opened the box the SUP board was missing the paddle I immediately emailed wave who apologised and said they would immediately post out a replacement paddle. This sounds great but it never arrived. After a week I emailed wave again. Same very nice reply apologies and message with a second empty promise to post out one immediately. A another week later still nothing. Another email and another empty promise etc. All in all it took a full month and 6 emails from me and only when I asked for a full refund that the paddle was posted and arrived the next day. I got there in the end an am happy with my purchase from Wave but it was a very frustrating experience.
