WaterDrop Microdrinks (US) Tracking Order Status

I really like the electrolyte drinks, they taste good and seem effective. But i would not repurchase until the packaging is changed, maybe to something like a powder you can scoop (maybe i am blind but i dont see a powder). Individual tiny microplastic holders and micro plastic coverings for each cube- insane.

What this company have done for me and my hydration is wonderful! I am very much a caffeine addict. I work in an office, constantly at a computer, and as of recently my only real respite from my desk was the short walk to the coffee shop next door. I decided to give waterdrop a shot instead and invested in the glass bottle, as my experience with metal bottles in the past have always been negative with water tasting metallic after a few uses, and I cannot fault it. Bottle is comfortable in my hand. The case it comes in stops my hands getting too cold, and I ordered the strap also so I can take it with me on lengthy walks. Packaging ensured my products were secure, and was easily recycled too. I’d ordered the taster kit just to try out the flavours and find that if you use the exact measurements of water (400-600ml) the water tastes delicious. Every flavour as unique as the last. If you use too much water it will inevitably taste more watery. I also downloaded their hydration app just to keep a track of my hydration goals, and it also links with my Apple Watch - ensuring to amend my requirements based on any exercise I’ve done, or the heat of the day! I have just started a subscription, so will be back once I’ve used it for a while. But honestly, so far so good!!

Pas hier een 1 liter fles aangeschaft, handig voor de drukke dagen dacht ik. De kwaliteit van de dop is zo slecht en mijn drinken lekt eruit. Dan heb je ook maar 5 dagen na ontvangst om er iets over te zeggen. Nu voorbij de 5 dagen natuurlijk met een dure fles die niet goed dicht kan, maar er wel leuk uit ziet, hier heb ik dus niks aan!

My order was to be delivered by yodel but was stuck at 'we have got it' for about a week . I contacted waterdrop and very quickly they processed a replacement order which was successfully delivered about 4 days later. They also advised me that the missing parcel was being returned to them by Yodel. Can't fault the customer service at all , they have replied to all my emails and were polite and professional throughout. I have been happy with all the flavours I have ordered so far and working my way through them to find the ones I like best as some I can take or leave but haven't found one that is undrinkable yet. So far my favorites are raspberry ice tea and white blossom microtea (I'm sensing a pattern here ). Not the cheapest but I'm newly diabetic and sometimes plain water gets a little boring.
