I’ve had four butts over the last two years. I’ve been pleased with the products that met design and quality expectations. But the last one went to the wrong address due to courier “drop and run” when they couldn’t find the right place. Packaging soaked in the rain and the water butt dented in transit. Please ensure you work on your delivery courier performance

I am very pleased with my new water butts, they look really good and appear to be excellent quality. I must also praise their excellent customer service. A tap failed to arrive with one of them and it was arranged for it to be sent direct to me, which it was, and it arrived very promptly. Thank you.

i advise anybody looking to buy a water butt to go directly to the manufacturer as they were a lot cheaper in my case [enduramaxx] this is just a sell it on at a profit outfit do your homework
