Dress shrunk after washing.Beware ladies if you buy anything from Wallis for your holidays which you might only wear again the following year.Make sure after washing check the garment hasn’t shrunk.I washed a dress put it away without trying it till the next holiday it had shrunk quite a lot.Got in touch with Wallis who weren’t interested has it was over a year since I’d bought it.

I emailed customer services at 8:16 am about a refund that I had not received. Ronald replied immediately and my refund was sent back to my account at 9:34. Really good service from Ronald. Just a shame I had to contact in the first place.

I recently bought two dresses which weren’t suitable - when I didn’t receive my refund, I contacted customers services - who dealt swiftly with my email and advised me when the refund would be made - excellent service !
