Wacom Tracking Order Status

Although I have downloaded all software requirments, created an account and registered my device, my wacom device is still not detected. This is very frustrating and a time wasting process with no end result. I have used this Wacom device on a previous laptop of mine and worked well, however, when trying to connect to my new laptop, the Wacom simply does not work. Additionally, the website and support is useless as it is repetitive and does not provide any adequate advice for my issue, instead it has made me download the drivers and register my device multiple times and has taken up a lot of my time. I am not against this product as I know it is an exceptional product, but I am reviewing my current experience with Wacom and it is a 2/5 star.

The product is more expensive than other digital tablet in the market which may not be feasible for most of artists and designers. The button for turn it on is too easy for accidentally open that make it run out battery when use it. The pen stand also very heavy and most of feature of it too complex for the beginner. Overall, The Wacom Intuos pro is a excellent tablet for those people who work in digital art and graphic because it made of high quality materials and have many function which help the artist to have workflow efficiency but for those beginner maybe it must take time for they to learn and the price of it quiet high.

I'm amazed at how Wacom can be the best hardware yet just the most frustratingly S**T software to use "oh look another update, well whaddya know know my pen button/pen pressure/eraser isn't working, oh well support said i must just have to uninstall and reinstall everything so i gues....oh that didn't work, great" Huion is honestly creeping up on them so close because they can be so much less irritating to use

I used to have a Wacom Intous 3 board. It worked for years and I could have it in my lap and the pen lasted for a long time. The new Intous Pro is thin and extremely sensitive. I cannot us it as before. Do not dare to transport it. I can only have it on the table. I have to change the pen tip very often, otherwise the lines start to fail. Exstremely dissapointed this time.

I just bought an Intuos medium tablet which was advertised to come with "3 bonus software". Only after purchasing and installing did I discover that for all but one of these, they are only 90day trials. When I contacted their customer support I was told "it's in the terms and conditions" which I'm apparently supposed to read in full before even purchasing. The only indication on the packaging is fine print which says "Software license valid for a limited time" which I took to mean you must activate within a limited time of purchase/registration. Nowhere in advertising or packaging does it use the word "trial". Very obviously an intentional attempt to be misleading. The actual tablet is great, sadly this company lacks a lot in honesty.
