She gave me all the knowledge of the vehicle while Nate her manager was very helpful with questions that I had and he offered bonus (they make it easy) and would work with me on a comfortable monthly payment very professional and pleasant. I recently had the dealings with VW Peterborough when my car required an MOT. It sadly failed due to one of the LED headlights motor failing and not setting the light beam at the required level. Initially the VW service advisor said i would have to pay for everything and it is definitely not covered under warranty. Chris however is a standout guy! He seen what was going on and intervened. He realised a LED headlight should not just fail after 20,000 miles and went above and beyond to get the correct outcome for the customer. He was able to get the issue resolved quickly and ensured the car was fixed under warranty and saved the customer from a unforeseen major bill. When speaking with Chris he was very polite and knowledgeable guy. He made sure any concerns were addressed and was the complete professional. There needs to be more people like Chris in this world. Please give him a pay rise! As if it was not for him this would be a very different outcome and a lot more custom would have been lost from VW
