Vrai Tracking Order Status

The ring started to catch on my clothes so I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, the next day the diamond fell out and luckily I spotted it on the floor. Now no one will help me, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would avoid at all costs. I currently have £800 ring I can’t wear after 5 months

The diamonds are very yellow and disappointing in their brilliance. I had them cleaned professionally, but my local jeweler was also suprised with the bad quality. So that's a real shame because I had high expectations. In addition to these diamond earrings, my husband also gave me a set of vrai (a smaller size). These diamonds turned out to be so polluted with many inclusions that my jeweler spontaneously laughed at me. They are more black than clear, he told me. So for me this was not a great experience and unfortunately I will not be buying at Vrai again.

Prior to purchasing a set of earrings [perennial stud], only the right side was in-stock, I was assured by customer service that the left side would be in-stock "soon" this was March 24, 2022. A week later, I am assured again, it would be back in-stock, two weeks later, three weeks later, same thing and at this point I'm near the 30 day return period but I was told it should be restocked "soon". About a month after I ask again, and suddenly I get the response "well we can't guarantee a restock." How convenient how the story changes once I was out of the return window. I check in in May, in June, in July. At the end of July, Vrai finally agreed to invoice me for the left side... which didn't work. So completely fed up with Vrai, I ask if they'll let me return the earring I have had sitting on my vanity for 5 months because they haven't restocked and can't issue an invoice correctly. To which they say they can issue a gift card. I want NOTHING to do with this company, let alone prolong any other type of interaction with them. Stay FAR away from this company if you value your money or time or sanity. Today, for reference, is August 5th....
