Vanquish Fitness Tracking Order Status

My experience at Vanquish has been phenomenal. I really enjoy the clothing which is both stylish and amazing in quality. I recently had a small issue with one of my products that I ordered. The level of service from Melissa to rectify the problem exceeded my expectations. People should feel comfortable knowing that Vanquish prioritizes their customers to ensure they are completely satisfied!

VQ is great. Great quality clothes. Great fit. Great staff. Had a problem with an item and they responded the same day with a voucher. Cloe was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

Had a pair of leggings that got a hole in, messaged customer service and they responded instantly. Sent them proof of the damaged product and got given options of what I wanted to have instead. They sent me a replacement of the product! Big thanks to Cloe who helped me, very impressed with the brand as a whole too 😊😊

Delivery was quick but the sizing of clothes is way off. I ordered some gym clothes for my girlfriend who is a size 8 and when checking their size guide it stated small is size between 8-10 uk. She could barely get her leg into the shorts they were that tiny and the jacket could probably barely fit a new born. The return policy is a joke as well, the fact I’ve paid for delivery then had to pay again for return is a joke. 4.50 delivery 6 pound return is a disgrace.
