Please come back to Bristol. Was a regular and happy user - Tier Dott are absolutely useless in every way!!! (Back on my bike now as our current e-scooter provider is basically unusable)

The app and vehicles are great, but their help chat is worse than useless. I was wrongly charged, and instead of having my credit restored, I received irrelevant stock answers telling me to update the app (it was), make sure mobile data is turned on (it is) and better luck on your next ride. Seriously?! Unnecessarily difficult to resolve, when it was an error on their side rather than mine.

I got a scooter from VOI. and used it for 5 rides, evry ride cost me 2,25 € ! Note evry time my ride was for about 1 Km or even less that that. The pricing is absolutely not clear, and in two hours I spent 14,25 € I have been unable to understand how to get a reasonable pricing. I think I'll not use this scooter anymore.

Tougher control is needed. Scooters are left everywhere. Northampton station motorbike parking, in the morning i hv to move two three scooter's sometimes to ride into my designated space. In the evening on my return my motorbike is surrounded. They hv no control as to where people leave their scooters. Every user needs to submit a photo after using them. Start fining users! Or use ai resources to not allow the ride to end if not parked properly. Surely something can be done.
