I like other reviews keep getting charged for years in advance of which I am not approving. The service keeps auto billing and I am paid up through 2040 now and there is no way to cancel the renewals or remove your payment options online.

Like many others, I was billed with fraudulent charges and am unable to receive any answers. Despite being a customer for many years, it appears they are going bankrupt. Support lines don't work and emails unanswered. Avoid. If I don't hear back, I will file a complaint with the FTC. My support ticket is: #UBZ-900-14209 Update (Dec. 10, 2024): Voipo attempted to charge my card again for $185. Since I switched my account to a privacy.com card with a spending limit, the charge was declined. Still no refund. Not sure what to think of this anymore. Update (Dec. 20, 2024): Finally received a refund. Thank you. Adding a star - not a great experience.

Longtime VOIPO Customer. I have two phone number accounts, along with 3 add-ons. Phone service to be billed $185.00 Biennally. Add-ons $36.00 Annually. Unauthorized charges (20 total) during the past 12 months. Called the company on two separate days. On hold for 15 minutes each time. No answer. Filed a Support Ticket (Ticket ID #KQC-826-92114). No response. Fraud complaint filed with my bank.

I had an early billing experience, as well, and want to credit Tim and Voipo for quickly rectifying it - I have been with Voipo since 2013 and never had an issue before - and this one was handled quickly and I appreciate it. I have a lot of experience with retail customer service and saw good customer service in this instance and am thankful for it.

I wrote an earlier review about multiple "renewal" charges that were not authorized and I am unable to edit that review. Tim (from voipo.com) wanted additional information although it was never requested from me. So, Tim... Look up support report XRS-967-74190 and you'll have all the information you need.
