Voghion Global DE/FR/IT Tracking Order Status

I was told I'd have to wait up to 18 days for my refund! Once I had realised the items would take a month to arrive I cancelled my order. I downloaded the Voghion app and talked (text actually) to customer services who say the refund needs to be approved. That was 20 days ago! Why approved? 18 working days will be Friday 19th. If my refund is in my bank by then my already terrible opinions of this company may change. Mental.
