Vivobarefoot Tracking Order Status

My loyalty with Vivo has come to an end. While I find the shoes incredibly comfortable they have serious quality issues. I've once again had to return shoes within a month due to a poor quality defect. Even shoes I haven't returned soon start to have quality issues, such as the sole coming away from the shoe and don't last more than a few months. They are definitely not worth the high price, especially with other barefoot options coming onto the market. Vivo also never seem to have anything in stock. They are not worth the hassle of frequently having to return items going through endless correspondence. Vivo, get the basics right like quality and happy customers rather than your revolution.

Vivo is absolutely great. The actual shoes are very comfortable and your feet are truly relaxed them. The toes are spread and you don't even have to tru them out. You can directly put them on and that's it. The only thing don't run in the lm if you are not used to. I have slightly damaged my muscles because of that. The customer service is excellent. Highly recomend vivo barefoot.

Llegaron tarde, el transportista directamente te avisa, tarde, para que lo recojas tú misma. Atención al cliente contesta el correo disculpandose pero sin gestionar ni ofrecer solución. Por esto no recomiendo la compra por Internet. Si no llegan, pierdo mi dinero.

No exchange function offered; you have to return one pair and buy another pair, essentially giving the company an interest free loan for the weeks it takes to process return. The size guide photo is wildly inconsistent and inaccurate. And very slow to despatch goods, and customer service is very slow to respond and has so far been unhelpful. I can't review the quality of the shoes as I've been waiting three weeks and still not got a pair that I can use.

Have ordered with Vivobarefoot multiple times, product and customer service have always been great, Martina in particular was very helpful this time around. I recommend Vivobarefoot 100%
