Vivienne Westwood Tracking Order Status

My family have used Vivienne Westwood online store quite a few times. We have found them good. We have sent items back and found system easy, receiving refunds in a timely manner. Recently had an issue with a stone falling out of a ring. Emailed Customer Service, got RAN quickly and free to post back. Got full refund really quickly. Cannot understand negative reviews. Love VW online or in store. Favourite store is Worlds End.

Shocked to see such a poor rating here, hope this is the right link. Ordered a leather purse recently from the Vivienne Westwood website and never reviewed so here I am! The item arrived in great time and perfect condition. Very happy. I also ordered a leather handbag about a year earlier and was also perfect condition and arrived early if I remember right. I will definitely be back. Thanks.

I ordered 2 bags from this site, only one of them was in the parcel. Now I'm the one that has to try and prove that it wasn't sent to me. It has been about 3 weeks and they havent offered me a refund or told me if they are even going to. Customer service is terrible. DONT order from here if you don't want to be scammed. EDIT: after almost 4 months they confirmed that they never packaged the item and I received the refund.
