Delivery time was too long, several months! It’s okay if you are happy with the quality.. but the problem was that the wardrobe’s doors we had ordered had problems when opening and closing.. we even got some new hinges to fix it up but they didn’t work.. the structure was faulty basically!

Lovely looking furniture on website order table and shoe storage table arrived quickly well made no problem shoe storage arrived damaged declined to take it contact them assured replacement been send that’s when lies begin was given fake tracking numbers and rep at some point just ignoring emails all together after delivery pass have to claw money back through bank

order wardrobes end september, over 3 months using Klarna, said delivery end Oct. When I asked when delivery first got fobbed off,, then they stated my order had been cancelled in transit. i have sent over 8 emails and get sporadic replys - sorry for delay in refund - sorry our refund service has had problems now they are not even replying, Even threatens them with financial ombudsmen nothing

We ordered a Hall Tree which looked great in the photos. The product arrived and the mirror was horribly cracked. We also found that the screw supplied did not match or fit the holes based on the description. We visited the website but the description sales click on the support button which doesn't exist. After frantically looking around on the site for a contact number we gave up and emailed after-sales support regarding the damage and incorrect screws. 2 weeks have passed and still no response. They have good prices and furniture but if you need any after-sales help you'll have better luck getting blood from stone.

I bought a Nilamu Wide Bookcase from Vivense in about July. The Bookcase had certain black stains on (which I did not report to Vivense). With some difficulties, I was able to remove them. The Henry Sideboard was my second purchase from Vivense in about July or August. It was a bit disappointing that there were 3 noticeable defects, after waiting for 1-2 months for its production and delivery. Vivense promptly agreed to replace the defective parts. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, I would still rate the 2 products at 4 stars for the following reasons: (1) great pricing; (2) excellent and prompt after sales support (free assembly of the products and prompt feedback on support enquiries); and (3) the products look fine for me, and I would continue to consider Vivense in my future purchases.
