So far the best support team i've come across. The live chat is quick and easy, didn't even wait 10 seconds for a staff to come. They give you easily understandable and good advice no matter what problem you encounter. Everyone of them is extremely professional and nice. No problems at all!

Support tickets take a long time to be replied to... I mean, does it really need to take 15 hours? That's like communicating with someone from outer space... and, a year ago they seemed to be better than that, so they worsened...

I'm very satisfied with my experiences with HTC/Vive. Their customer service is always quick and responds with exactly what I need. I sent in a broken cable that probably should not have gone under warranty, and I got a new one back for free. I have asked for extra chargers, and while I was prepared to pay for them, they ended up sending them to me for free. Recently I asked to buy some extra wall mounts, and apart from some language barriers at the Romanian repair centre, it was quick and easy to buy what I needed. Of course, it would have been better to sell the mounts in their webshop, but at least customer support immediately had pictures and a price ready for me when asked. All in all, I have a Vive Pro, the wireless adapter and 3 trackers. Everything works as expected and the batteries have barely lost any effect after several years of intense use. I don't have anything negative to say about HTC or their customer support. The hardware is well built and the VR experience is great.

This is an awesome piece of VR kit. 3 years in and zero issues and its taken a pounding !
