VitaminLife, Inc. Tracking Order Status

Upon calling Vitamin Life regarding a poor quality product that is too large to possibly swallow by humans (1 inch long by 6/16 inch thick ) and too hard to crush, the girl answering the phone had no customer service qualitites, had a poor bad attitute, and not helpful what so ever and said I could not contact their customer service as I had to go thru her. She had no interest in my issue of the product,. I'm assuming she is the poor customer service dept.

I ordered 5 items using a "free shipping" coupon. Only 2 arrived (3 were back-ordered). A month later I got a refund but I really wanted my last 3 items. I found some comparable products and asked if I could get free shipping since they never shipped all the ones I ordered. They refused. Terrible customer service. Shoddy company.

Llevo casi dos meses esperando mi paquete. Me dicen que siga el tracking y el link que mandan muestra mi paquete retenido en el royalmail. Todo muy extraño y yo he perdido cerca de 100 euros¡¡

i see all the negative reviews but i ordered something and it came quite quickly. exactly as i ordered. i was about to order something else (some supplements) and it is 5.00 cheaper than amazon with free shipping and i am wondering if what they are selling is real. is the low rating from people unsatisfied with delivery etc or has anyone tested their stuff to see if what is in the bottle is what it says on the label. thanks

Items arrived in great condition and within the week and I just ordered again plus the price was right on the items... thank you
