I ordered some Tea you cannot find in the United States. My friend loves this tea and it was to be placed in a gift bag with other items for her birthday. Checking the tracking for the item I noticed there was no activity and it probably wouldn't reach me in time. I sent an email, asking for the status. Danielle researched, discovered what the issue was, took care of it, and had it shipped to me immediately. It arrived in time! Sometimes things happen, but the way the business handles these issues, is what you remember. Danielle handled my small order as if it was the most important order they have ever received. Sometimes the carrier is the problem. I have ordered from this company over 10 times and have received every shipment within 5 days. I’m 67 years old and feel great using their products. I’ve tried other products that are good but much more expensive. I’ve been very pleased with their products, service, and deliveries.

I'm not sure why there are so many reviews on this company's delivery issue. I ordered my products and it arrived on time. Any products that are being shipped will always have some sort if delay and most of the time it's not the company's fault. I believe this is a good company trying to offer the best fir their customers.
