VitalChoice Tracking Order Status

The moment we walked in, we were struck by the charming decor and inviting atmosphere. We began our meal with the seafood chowder, which was rich and creamy, loaded with shrimp, clams, and tender potatoes. It was a warm hug in a bowl! For my main course, I went with the whole grilled snapper, and it was a showstopper. The fish was grilled to perfection, flaky and moist, with a deliciously crispy skin. It was served with a vibrant mango salsa and a side of jasmine rice that complemented the dish beautifully. For dessert, I indulged in the berry cobbler, which was warm and comforting, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that melted into the cobbler perfectly. I left feeling like I had just experienced a mini-vacation by the sea and can’t wait to come back!

We had the neighbors over for a triple birthday poké party and used Vital Choice poké kitsm one with ahi tuna and the other sockeye salmon. And the crowd went wild! The party was a big success, and did I say that the neighbors are from Japan? And if the Japanese say fish is top-notch, then it's top notch! Thanks Vital Choice for making the event great!

Since Vital Choice was acquired by 1-800-Flowers there has been a noticeable decline in product quality. "Fresh fish should not smell Fishy." Never did until the company was sold. Our most recent shipment contained a package where the vacuum seal is broken. When ordering our usual quantity of salmon we used to receive 0ne box for the shipment, now $ boxes for the same quantity.

I’ve been ordering from vitachoice for quite a few years but I noticed the salmon are now various sizes and cuts not uniform at all. Some of my boxes have odd shapes and lots of tails, even the copper river king. One box of Chilean sea bass had some other type of fish mixed in! Granted they replaced the order but it’s become a hassle and I never know what I’m really going to get. I plan to order my salmon and sea bass from someone else. Very disappointed in what used to be a very reliable source of seafood!
