I had an email today to rate a product that hasn’t arrived as yet, I replied and got an answer straight away saying that it will be with me by the end of the week .I had had two orders in the past that haven’t been correct but the order is always rectified eventually .With my latest order of 12 cloths only11 arrived but I wasn’t informed of the problem I had to ring to ask where it was and was told that you were out of stock but was offered a different colour which I accepted , and now awaiting delivery, you get there in the end, and the products are well worth waiting for.
