Not the first time ordering from Virgin Experience Days out. I have given as Birthday gifts and they have always been a great hit. Easy to order and a great variety of days out To choose from I’ve been a top auntie for gifts from steam train experiences to fast and furious car experiences looking forward to going this time to be spectator and see how happy he is with this one and I know which one is being picked for next time xx

I had a voucher about to expire for which I contacted support for assistance. The staff member, Chantel, was outstanding and was able to extend it. This saved an expensive birthday gift that would otherwise have gone to waste.

Staff were excellent. Hotel is late 1960s so decor a little tired but staff made up for that. Less expensive than Ritz or F&M so they know it will be the staff that makes the difference. See my review on link you sent earlier

Food and service amazing! Never normally like restaurants in a hotel as they can be just average but this was not. Great food choice, drinks and staff. Ordered a few things outside voucher and not a big deal, told venue it was our anniversary and they went over and above.
