We bought 2 embossed leather and teak chairs. Origin Ecuador 1970. Beautiful chairs. Exactly as described on the website. Sadly one arrived broken. We were devastated. However the seller immediately organised a replacement which we received within the week. Excellent communication both with the Seller and with Vinterior. The Seller kept us informed at all times regarding status of both shipments. First time we have used Vinterior and very impressed by the service of Seller and Vinterior. Your FAQs say it is unlikely that duty will be charged and, not surprisingly, the exporter couldn't help. In the event, there was a charge, including handling, of about 20% of the value of what must be a run-of-the-mill item for Vinterior. One really would expect - even trust - a facilitator like Vinterior to make such client experience easily available to potential purchasers.
