Village Hotels Tracking Order Status

Stayed in family room in Aberdeen after using village hotels all over UK over recent years. Was shocked at the cleanliness levels in bathroom with black mould everywhere around shower. Asked for it to be cleaned which was attempted but not much was removed. Not good when child has severe allergies. Would likely never to use again which is shame as they were always good

Laura from reception was great and handled a stressful situation to the best of her abilties and donetta head of housekeeping was also a massive help in trying to locate missing items! Great team

The food was delicious but Amy the team leader was very rude. Not very clean looking and put me off my food

We had a lovely Ladies meeting followed by lunch at the Village Hotel, Solihull. The staff were attentive to our needs during the meeting and buffet lunch was good. We had no complaints

What an excellent stay in a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. From the check in to the restaurant and finally check out everythings was a brilliant experience
