Viking Bags Tracking Order Status

I have loved my saddle bags since the moment I got them. I recently had a reflector on the side of the bag fall off while riding. I reached out to the company to see if they had a replacement and they quickly responded and are planning to send me one out shortly! Great company and quick service.

Overall very satisfied with Viking Bags. I received a saddlebag from a friend but it was missing the mounting straps and hardware. I contacted Viking and they were able to quickly set me up with the necessary hardware and send it over.

The MC saddle bags I ordered fit perfectly. I had to kind of rig them but that is because of low skill levels on my part. The fact that I was able to install them myself bodes well for Viking Bags, I think. I lost a couple of bolts due to extreme bumpy riding. Viking is replacing them FOC.
