VidiVet Tracking Order Status

I was on holiday with 2 coughing dogs and contacted VIDIVET. Luckily for me i have access to the service as my Vet Practice has a subscription for all its patients. I received a video reply to my question within 15 minutes, and in addition the Vets also checked in with me a couple of times over the weekend to check how the dogs were. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

I am a VetBox subscriber and get VidiVet as a free add-on. If I am honest I didn’t think I would need it or that it would be helpful if I did. I have been proved wrong on both counts. My dog was vomiting a lot late on a Saturday but I didn’t think it was so bad to call out of hours, so I sent VidiVet a message. I didn’t expect much as many apps like this over promise and under-deliver. However, I had a response within minutes from a very empathetic vet named Maria who gave lots of useful and reassuring advice. Keep up the great work everyone at VidiVet, and thank you!

Hampton Valley veterinary in Peterborough is a lovely little practice. Anna the vet has such a lovely bedside manner when it comes to pets. Even after putting our little Belle to sleep she still showed our Belle compassion to the max. The receptionist was kind also. Such lovely people. Five star all-round.

VidiVet is brilliant. I’ve used the service 3 times in the last 6 months when I’ve had questions about my dog. It’s an absolute bargain and much better than relying on Google or so called experts in Facebook groups! It’s like having a mate who’s a vet - each time I’ve got an answer to my question within 3 minutes!
