Keywordsuche hält nicht, was sie verspricht. KI Unterstützung ist so lala, nicht vergleichbar mit dem, was man von anderen kennt. Die Zahlungspläne sind nicht buchbar, wie angegeben und Rücktritt lehnen sie kategorisch ab. Ansonsten Handling in Ordnung. Ob man das Tool mit diesen Einschränkungen braucht?

J'ai installé l'extension sur le navigateur et comme je souhaitais vérifier quel style d'aide cela pouvait apporter, j'ai cliqué sur certains boutons qui me disaient que pour accéder à ce service, je dois souscrire l'abonnement. Jusqu'ici, rien de plus normal. Sauf qu'une fois l'abonnement acheté... je découvre que lesdits services ne sont qu'en anglais et ne me proposent de l'aide pour un référencement qu'en anglais, alors que mes vidéos sont en français et pour la France. Le support client (Pavlin, puis Luis, puis Tanya) s'excuse et confirme que ce service n'existe pas en français. Par ailleurs, j'ai sans arrêt le message me demandant d'identifier ma chaîne, alors que j'ai mis tous les liens en place dès le début. Une vraie prise de tête. Avant de laisser les gens s'engager dans une souscription, il convient d'être transparent sur ce qu'ils achètent.

I’m quite frustrated with how the automated renewal was handled. I went through the entire process to cancel my subscription, and at the very end, the system logged me out. Naturally, I assumed the cancellation had gone through. Then, today, I noticed I was charged for September despite my attempt to cancel. Then i go on to there website to see if i can get a refund but nope there's a no-refund policy because they claim it’s to ensure a “consistent” and “fair” approach for all subscribers. What’s not fair is charging people for a service they no longer want or plan to use. I didn’t use the service last month, and I have no intention of using it this month either. It feels less like fairness and more like consistency in ripping off customers who no longer wish to subscribe.

It's good software but there is something I hate and I used it for first time if I had known of it I wouldn't use it ...when you search for keywords the score of its difficulty on the app is shown as low medium and so on and it makes it so easy when I extract the words I found it with numbers !!! this makes the processor more complicated because first I don't know what is considered low and what is not, and take time and search to make it on the sheet. why do you do such a thing those tools are supposed to help people and make it easy for us now I have to go back to the app and write on each word what it considers..what's your point make it like this.
