Victoria's Secret UAE Tracking Order Status

This review is for my favourite store victorias-secret. As good and helpful as they are on the retail outlet they are that unhelpful unapproachable on the online front. With the covid 19 pandemic online shopping has become the new normal and so even I decided to take the plunge. On 28th November 2020 victoriassecret.ae announced a buy 1 get 1 free scheme on anything offered on the online store, where I shopped for a bombshell perfume 50ml eau de parfum bottle and I ordered 2 bottles for which I paid for only one as per the offer. As prompt as they are on delivery I received my order on 30th November 2020. But in the courier I physically received only 1 bottle of perfume and not 2. But the invoice clearly showed that I had ordered 2 and paid for one. I wrote to them to clarify if they made a mistake on their customer service email. They did acknowledge receiving my complaint and allotted me a complaint number 1714750 on 2nd December 2020. Unfortunately till today the matter has not moved ahead or been resolved. Nobody bothered beyond that and despite my repeated follow up there has been no response from them. Neither did I receive my second perfume nor did I receive any feedback on my complaint. Victoriassecret.ae has disappointed me and lost a trusted and loyal customer because of its callous and negligent attitude.
