viagogo UK Tracking Order Status

Bought from Viagogo multiple times with no problems. Recently there was an issue with a seller, but Viagogo customer service sorted out the issues and I provided me an option for replacement tickets. I was a very happy customer! Thank you!

Purchased tickets for Foo Fighters last year. But after reading viagogo reviews I was anxious about it. The day before the concert my order said I’d get my tickets that day. But they didn’t turn up. I spoke to Eureka & Vhea on the online chat who assured me I will receive the tickets and that the seller was someone who they used a lot and has many positive seller reviews however if there was an issue then I would either be give alternative seats or a full refund. The tickets arrived the morning of the event and worked perfectly at the gate. I think the reviews on here made me more anxious than I should have been, and the communication I had with the online chat was great.

I can only write a review based off my own experience with Viagogo and for me it’s always been a positive one. We’ve purchased 3 times now and all have been very smooth transactions. Our latest purchase was for Taylor Swift in Cardiff, we purchased back in September 2023 and yes we paid a ridiculous amount but absolutely knew what we were paying and could have easily closed the tab and not gone but in true swifty style we decide to pay it. I had read some negative reviews prior to the show so was a little anxious but our tickets scanned fine, no issues, got a great spot standing right next to the stage and had the absolute best night ever! I would purchase from Viagogo in the future but I’ll pay more attention to signs of scammers now that I know they are out there (thankfully not experienced myself but I feel for those who have)

Reading all the reviews I was extremely concerned that something might go wrong and I wouldn't receive my tickets to the Eras Tour in Cardiff, luckily my experience was a positive one. I know I paid way over the face value for my tickets but I was well aware of that when I purchased them. I also know that unfortunately the likelihood of something going wrong if you can't purchase tickets via the approved platforms is much higher. However, whenever I raised any queries or concerns with Viagogo they were dealt with very quickly and efficiently, and in particular I would like to mention Livinia who not only called me straight away but also followed it up in writing in an email - she was very professional, reassuring and efficient, and provided what I can only describe as truly excellent customer service. She really stood out against everyone else I have dealt with at Viagogo as going above and beyond and being very pleasant to deal with in the process.
