Vet-N-Pet Direct Australia Tracking Order Status

Purchased 4 items, 1 item arrived visibly damaged and another faulty. When contacting them about the faulty item I was advised to contact the company (at my suggestion). The unhelpful lazy person was unable to provide me with a contact number because “I do not have another elephant toy in stock to refer to for the contact number” Seriously, how dumb does this person think I am. Just go and look for the contact details on another same branded item. Or a quick google search. In any case it was a lie because the actual item was in stock…I checked the website and added it to my cart. What’s worse is I’m actually entitled to a refund as per their website but this person kept quiet preferring to keep my money for a faulty item. Good way to guarantee repeat business.

Good range and quality of product; shipping is quick and not TOO expencive; liked that an online chat popped up to see if I needed assistance or had a query (which I did). I have no reservations recommending this company at this time.

Great company to deal with but not always superfast with delivery. Always inform you of any delays though.
