Vestry Online Tracking Order Status

I think the site is not taking any orders or if it does, you should investigate a bit more whats happening. I ordered from them in 2019 and the dress was really nice. I had to return the 2nd dress and I didnt have any issue with the refund. So 5stars for that. But now, I see that they still have on site banners and offers for Xmas. So something is off. No fb page, no insta. I wanted to order again a sequin dress, but seeing all these, i will just look into some other sites.

I ordered the wrong size and after chatting with customer service they changed my order as requested before it was dispatched. This saved me a huge amount of shipping and custom costs and ensured I would have my outfit in time for when I needed it. Fabulous customer service.

I do like the clothes that Vestry has, the only reason why I did not give it 5* is due to the fact the sizing vary so much.

Order arrived quickly. Return process is quick and easy (I only returned as I ordered several items for choice, one of which I kept). Will definitely order from Vestry again.

Great selection of item, clothing was a great fit , good notification through each stage of the delivery process and much better using Royal Mail as the courier.
