vesgantti Tracking Order Status

Tried to order items from Vesgantti only to be told out of stock. We were asked if a replacement was satisfactory which we agreed and told them which mattress we would like. But so far have not heard anything this was 3 days ago. Customer services non existent no contact number to ring, is this company legitimate as we have paid in advance and now very concerned 😟

Ordered the mattress 3days ago and turned up today as promised, hopefully the quality is good as it says what these claim to be , so far no issues

II can't understand the negative reviews on Trustpilot regarding the customer experience. I order the luxe hybrid mattress on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning. The mattress itself is fantastic. I would definitely buy from Vesgantti.com again. Thank you.

Ordered a 80x200 mattress to fit ikea daybed 10/01/23 received prompt tracking information and it was delivered 11/01/23. Mattress looks good quality was extremely well vacuumed packed! Very happy with service personally but nearly didn’t order due to the negative reviews, also paid with PayPal to get buyer protection just incase of a problem. But in fairness it’s was a great transaction from beginning to end!
