Very Tracking Order Status

Very at least kept me better informed re tracking of item....did not arrive by Yodel's latest expected delivery time. Chased Yodel Chat twice and eventually the goods arrived 4 days late. No apology from either party...just 'Good News' from Yodel...as if a miracle had happened.....a resurrection in their Kilmarnock depot!

I just don’t understand how and why you sent my parcels to my billing address and not my other address I located for the tell him to be delivered to? 🤷🏻‍♂️

The company hire the right people to deal with queries you have, very Polite, friendly and really understanding. Problems are solved quickly and efficiently. Very polite and understanding with whatever your queries is about. Great Company

This review is only about the deliveries. The experience of shopping with Very and their notifications were exceptional as usual. Two separate deliveries for bed and mattress. Disappointing delivery by the company who delivered the mattress. Only one hours notice of delivery by email which by the time I saw it was too late and nearly a week earlier than expected. A neighbour took the mattress in as he said it looked like they were going to put it over my side gate which I then had to carry back to my house and upstairs. Not good when you suffer from neck issues. The second delivery for the bed arrived on the date requested. With ample notifications prior to delivery. The guys that delivered were really polite and helpful. Outstanding service by them. Shame the other company weren’t as good!
