Verishop Tracking Order Status

I was sent the wrong bags and then was afraid I wouldn't get the one I ordered in time for a birthday party. Verishop got it to me in just a couple days. That was a surprise and great service! I really appreciated it!

Verishop through its representative provided excellent follow-up with me and made good on issuing a full refund of my money because of an issue with my order. I'm pleased with Verishop's response to my issue. * * * * [I ordered the "Edenn I-Defend" 3-pack lightbulb camera which had a price deal and fully expected to get my order of this specific product but I was mailed three generic lightbulb cameras with no marking indicating that they were in fact the product I ordered. It felt like a "bait & switch" situation and I felt fooled by the vendor which temporarily tarnished Verishop's business rep, although Verishop wasn't the one responsible for the wrong doing. Verishop was equally against such misconduct by the vendor and indicated they would take appropriate actions against the vendor.]

I can’t say enough good things about Verishop! I was able to purchase a designer dress I could only find at Saks (higher priced) at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly in a secured box. The dress fit perfectly so no need to return but it was comforting to know a return was easy and available if needed. I’ve been sharing Verishop with all my friends!

This was my first time using Verishop for purchasing things. I found them on the Alaska airline internet mall site and was so glad I did. I purchased items I’ve never used before but wanted to try , both for the quality of the products, ability to fly with them in my carry on, and how the plastic free products help the environment. I was able to purchase bar shampoo and lotion. Haven’t used the products yet but was very impressed with the ease of shopping, great communication once I placed an order and speed of free shipping. Highly recommend using verishop and will purchase from them again.
