Ventrolla were able to beat all the other quotations that I received and answered queries quickly and informatively, making changes as required promptly and without fuss. I was kept informed throughout of lead times and manufacturing times. The real stars of the show were Rob and James who worked tirlessly and brilliantly as a team to repair sash boxes where required and install our new sashes. Thank you!

Excellent installation work to a very high standard the two man team were helpful cheerfully efficient and very tidy . The changes to the windows and the secondary glazing have made a difference to the noise levels and no more drafts.

Very happy with Ventrolla's work on our windows, they are transformed! The chaps are also good at cleaning up after themselves which was greatly appreciated.

The whole process was professional and well-communicated. The fitter was friendly, personable and helpful. The acoustic glass secondary glazing blocks out the road noise really well and I'm very happy with it.

We've had a much better experience with Ventrolla since our last (3-star) review. As before, the products are absolutely great - pricey, of course, but you get what you pay for. And once again, the installation teams we've had in have been punctual, polite, communicative and tidy. It seems the terrible delays that many customers endured due to Covid and resulting supply issues have finally improved, although costs have gone up too. The vast improvement comes in Ventrolla's head office communication. They have been brilliant at checking in with us to confirm and re-confirm dates, to check a job is going well while it is in progress, and then afterwards to ensure we're still happy. Anna in particular has been especially attentive!
