I've been trying to use Vendoo for three months now and I'm giving up. It has been nothing but problems. Every week or two, there is something new. The CS team always has the attitude that it is somehow my fault, or the marketplaces' fault, never their fault. I expect that when I pay a good sum every month, I won't have to continually clear cookies, uninstall and reinstall, sign in and out, and have it still not work. There must be something better for cross listing out there!

I was so excited after watching some YouTube reviews about expanding my eBay store. I got all set up, then it kept giving error messages as I tried to list on Poshmark and Mercari. I finally got Poshmark to stop giving error codes, then Mercari worked for one item and then quit working altogether. I was talking with customer support and they kept advising to delete and reinstall chrome extension. I did and it worked once, then quit again. They claim the problem is with Mercari and not them so they refused to refund unless I gave them REMOTE ACCESS to my computer! I do not trust this company< I would never give them access to my computer. They said they would refund and then refused because I said they cannot access my computer. Very frustrated with this experience and especially them denying a refund. Even if the problem is Mercari and they can't connect, that was the service I was paying them for so if they can't provide the service, they should refund. Obviously, if it was user error, any good company would easily refund. If not, they must have this problem repeatedly and need to hang onto money.

Not easy to use. I tried to reach out for a refund and they said that was a problem. I should have looked at these Reviews first.

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to cross post, cant pick up basic category information so you have to manually adjust every field. Vinted account was blocked due to repeatedly selecting wrong brand despite selecting correctly in Vendoo. Customer service aware of the issue but didnt warn or provide brands that this occurs with so I could avoid account suspension. Auto delist doesnt work properly, have to manually track and delist. Basically charging a premium price for a poor quality beta product. Stay away

This site has way too many problems. I wish I had never started with them as now I am trying to figure out how to drop them with over 1200 listings I'm not sure what to do next but I'll figure it out. The delist and reslist does not work, items that have sold on one platform don't always end on another platform, items already imported show as not imported. It's a nightmare and customer service gives the same answer for everything. We're working on it. They don't know what they're doing. Don't get involved with them.
