I ordered on Wednesday and had my items on Saturday. They are high quality and work well for what I needed.

It may take a while to receive your case BUT the quality of these cases is extremely amazing. I love that their prints are glossed and not ones that peel off. Yes, with time clear cases do get yellow but show me one that won't due to the radioactivity of these phones. I love the various designs and attention to detail. The cases are also very durable and do protect your phone from just about anything. Unlike other cases, if you drop this one the case doesn't look so beat up and scratched since the material is outstanding. Again, waiting on these very popular cases is very worth it and you will definitely see why once you receive the case.

I waited patiently. Received the tracking information. Then received my items. The screen protector is thick, you have to change your phone settings to tell your device that you have a screen protector on it. A screen protector should be thick. I can use my touch screen fine. So far, I can’t charge my phone with the grip on, I have to remove the grip for the mag safe feature to work. The phone charm, I have been using to carry my actual phone with. Again. We will see how it holds up. They don’t send any instructions. But it’s pretty easy to look at the items and know where they go. I knocked a star off because of that. I wasn’t sure if I was throwing away an important piece or not. I want to put in here, that anyone and anybody can write anything in their reviews. I have purchased Velvet Caviar cases over the years "very protective cases", and today is the first time I had to deal with customer service. They fixed my issue, within 24 hours. They are sending me a new case, at no charge. That was a great, easy experience. I do wish they would make their magsafe rings stronger, they don't last very long but just great customer service.
