Good selection, clear description, fast shipping and decent prices. What was a bit odd was that the product arrived without any tags. Tag hangers were there though. Not that I need them, but in case of returns this may have caused some discussions. Product was right and unused and I will keep it so all good.

Had a small issue with my order, but customer service was very efficient and helpful, and took care of it right away. Also received the product (Abus cycling helmet) in under a week, and in perfect condition-and at a great sale price.

I love my bike and very pleased to get it at a reduced price. It arrived without some of the manuals however. Luckily my husband has the same bike ( from a different supplier) and he had what we needed.

Website bombs out when verification of payment is required by credit card provider. Annoying but not a game changer as site has good prices and prompt delivery.
