Quick service, but the service fees cut down on the bargain aspect. Might want to take the chance and wait to get a ticket in person.

The two agents I spoke with were most helpful. Courteous and patient. I found the illustrations of the theaters were very difficult to access, e.g., which seat and for what price should I select? Are there obstructions from one or another seat? With the 360º theater what section is optimum to see the entertainers? Or will we be looking at their back the better part of the time? It just was not easy. How about cut-away views from the stage out to each section? Thanks, Bill

My being able to find and purchase good entertainment made this experience great. Also, you don’t charge so many taxes and plus ups.

I don't like that I could not pick my seats. And I find that the service charges are outrageous. I did everything online, so why am I paying for a service charge.

I booked my reservation by iPhone. However I cannot reserve by PC about same ticket. It does not work.
