VeeTrends Tracking Order Status

It was my very first experience with VeeTrends! I must say, the fabric is so soft, and the print quality was excellent. I ordered the custom t-shirts for me and my friend. We both love their customer service, the print quality, and the fit.

I purchased the shirts through Amazon. Two size shirts (4 in each size) Sm & medium. However, the mediums were too big. I did the refund through Amazon which then informs me I had to print a USPS shipping label to ship directly to the store where they were actually purchased (Veetrends) at a hefty shipping charge which was insane. As of today I'm still waiting on my credit to appear in my account. Never again will I purchase from this company through Amazon or directly. Biggest mistake ever!!!

Customer support was amazing. The website for Veetrends was somewhat cumbersome, as i was navigating thru the process for ordering. Would suggest, making the site, more user friendly. What changed the experience to a full positive, was the customer service. assisted with how to order, the font choices, and how fast the order arrived. A big shout out to: KYLE!!
