Veed.io Tracking Order Status

Veed.io is best for adding auto subtitles and it was on point i didn't have edit that much it saved me a lot of time.

Sarah was very efficient and willing to help. She fixed my issues quickly. I am very happy with this great product.

Luego de ese video, realicé otro más largo con interacciones, subtitulado automático, y el resultado final fue increible. La curva de aprendizaje es mínima y el onboarding del producto te facilita la creación en minutos. Hacía mucho tiempo que no veía una herramienta tan buena para marketers.

This software is almost useless. There are so many glitches that makes it completely unreliable for video recordings. 1. If you are recording, there is no guarantee that your recording will be complete during recording or even during upload. The screen refreshes automatically and makes everything blank. Doesn't matter the time your 1 hour recording will also just vanish. 2. The customer service is equally poor, they have just one canned response that they send to everyone and at times keep you on hold for weeks to answer is query. For me they kept me waiting for 1 week and then I saw my query vanished. 3. They do not have a refund policy, they have only Subscription Will not renew policy. Not sure what is coming next. I have paid for a full year. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL, at least not for a full year.

I was using Veed business to shoot and edit my three ecourses. It was extremely easy to shoot and then edit even though I am not a professional at this. Also the costumer service is the best! I recommend it for everyone who wants to record and edit great videos without having any knowledge ;)
