I ordered a large alcohol wipe that has become difficult ti find. My order was shipped in a very timely fashion. However, on opening it, I discovered I had received a shipment of masks instead. I tried the phone number om the packing invoice, but received no return call after waiting for three business days. I finally located another number and explained the problem. A replacement shipment of the alcohol wipes was delivered very quickly. I appreciate the quick response to a shipment made in error, but why would a company place a phone number on its packing invoice that apparently isn't monitored? When I asked the associate about that number, she replied, "Oh, that phone isn't answered (or monitored)." At any rate I now have the wipes and hope that I can obtain more when I need to reorder. Thank you!
