Varon Global Tracking Order Status

varon is the worst company, the portable concentrator never has worked correctly and all they say is to send them a pic, like what will that do. they just give you the run around and i'm out a lot of money. i reported them to bbb, but varon doesn't respond, and nothing is happening there so i'm complaining here. i wish someone would have told me to run, don't walk from this company, i also feel the good reviews must be fake.

I purchased the 5L pulse concentrator last year. According to their website there is a 3 year warranty on the compressors. I started having trouble with mine and contacted the company. They told me to take it somewhere to get it fixed. I found a place nearby. It took them almost 3 weeks for the company to get back with them. The compressor went out in my concentrator and they are NOT honoring the warranty because THEY DO NOT MAKE THE PARTS TO FIX IT. So now I have a very expensive paperweight. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Really love this machine. It is very portable but definitely provides enough oxygen for me to function normally.
