Vapur Tracking Order Status

Vapur’s water bags are a great alternative to water bottles, particularly for any situation where you are out and about as they roll down to a pocketable size when empty. I always have one in my work bag and have loved using them for travel, music festivals, etc. And they are not just practical - they look pretty stylish, too. Plus! I have to give a particular shout out to their customer service team: I lost the clip from my current Vapur bag and when I dropped them a line via their website to enquire about buying a replacement, one of their team members, Ashley, came back to me really quickly, was friendly, helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent to me - at no cost. (And this was with my living in the UK: I see a British company called Whitby & Co were involved in sending me the clip, too). I could not have asked for better customer service and it only makes me more likely to recommend Vapur to anyone in want of a convenient, smart, way to carry water without the hassle of carrying a big bottle around.

Great product but Awesome Customer service. Was happy with my vapur bottle, got a small leak they accepted to take care of by sending a brand new one! and beyond the warranty timeframe! Probably best customer exp ever!!
