Vapor Empire Tracking Order Status

Placed my order on 12/3, now the 11th and not even a shipping label created. This is the first time this has happened other than one other time it took several days for them to get it to the post office after the label was created, but what gets me so angry is that they don't communicate what's going on at all. They state that due to the holidays it may take up to 72 hours... It's been 8 days. I leave a message on the site and no response. I email them and get a "sorry, we're behind because of the holidays" but no estimated date of shipment or anything else. They have my money, but can't be bothered to keep me informed at all.

VAPOR EMPIRE IS DEAD! I'm still dealing with this nightmare 11days after making my order. They only printed a shipping label 2days ago but the order never got picked up.After being with V.E for couple years and spending thousands of $ the curtesy i get is customer service is ignoring every message and request for the refund.Don't know what issues they are facing ,but that doesn't mean that they can take my $ and marinate us for weeks. My main request is speed and quality and they failed on it big time.I'm done with them! I will update you guys how things worked out.
