Their Puff Bars are all COUNTERFEIT!!! I ordered 30 of them and every single one could not be authenticated.

I would like it to be known that I send these people about $40/week for my normal order. I also always pay the extra $8 for expedited shipping, and my order always, always takes at least one week. However, I am now truly. shocked. by the complete lack of care for their customers. I ordered 0.5 DNA coils and was delivered 1.0 Q-Pro Coils. I called the customer service line to explain the situation. I was told that I ordered the Q-Pro Coils by my mistake. I assured them I had never even heard of "Q-Pro" and that I order the same coils every time. I was told again that I ordered the Q-Pro Coils by my mistake. I said, "So, you're telling me I'm crazy?" and the man cleared his throat. He refused to replace the coils, but he did say I could PAY to have the item returned to them if I wanted a refund. If you use this website when there are so many better options, you are a complete and total fool.

They couldn't process my order because they couldn't verify my age. Error gave phone number to call or email address to send to. I sent an email. The next day the reply from "Paul", who didn't spell my 4 letter name right, asked "What was the order number? I will look it up and see if it went through or not." Really? he wanted the order number of the order I don't have? He was going to check to see if it went through?? My CC tells me it didn't go through, as did their site. I don't need Paul to check, that's why I am e-mailing, it didn't go through. Too late, already got what I wanted from kind juice site directly, they had no issue verifying my age. BTW - I disagree with the definition of the stars here, Paul wasn't rude as 1 start would suggest, but he wasn't any help either. He even told me to have a nice day. So...give them a shot, maybe they can verify your age and you'll have a different experience. Update (kind of) - I had a cigar site that couldn't verify my age, so it's not Vapor4Life, but the cigar site handled the situation much better than Vapor4life.
