I bought an Eternal Blessed ring and was small size , I asked for exchange and I understood about the policy, shipping and all the stuff . They sent an email if I wanted instead 40% off for my next purchase. I’m still waiting for that coupon but not reply from them . I don’t recommend this product. They just use your faith to make you buy their products and don’t care about customer satisfaction. Still waiting for my 40% off coupon
