Van Dykes Restorers Tracking Order Status

I spent $95.00 on an order of knobs for my kitchen re-do, & since the knobs appear too small for the cabinets once I received them, the company states I must pay an 18% fee for the return. I had to call and actually request that this fee be waived, & was only allowed to speak to a person in a foreign country, rather than an American citizen. I will not order another thing from this company.

Even though I could some of the items I’ve ordered cheaper elsewhere, I always shop with Van Dyke’s because I know the quality of what I’m getting is always going to be of the kind that’s going to last.

Just want to say a quick thanks to the Van Dyke’s rep who helped me out with my order! It just arrived and I’m happy to say it has everything I needed!

The customer service I received was quite good and my order shipped to me much more quickly than I was anticipating.

When you consider the quality of the products that Van Dyke sells it more than justifies the cost of some of their items. I get that not everyone can appreciate purchasing quality goods, but then at least don’t complain about the prices? It’s not expensive, it’s just not a price you’re willing to pay. There’s a difference, and I personally think America’s economy and society as a whole would be doing a lot better if more people understood this.
