Valueflora Tracking Order Status

Ordered flowers on Sunday (nostalgia basket) with first class post and they arrived on the Tuesday. Look great, the only slip up is the wrong message in the card! However this was handwritten (nice touch) and given I live with the recipient we could all laugh about it (although the intended recipient of "Ruth's" order might feel differently!) Waiting on cashback to be verified, I've had to raise it as a claim with Quidco. Hope to see it resolved asap.

I ordered some flowers recently and they were due to be delivered by first class post. Unfortunately they were left hidden behind a bush at my friends house and she found them days later. Valueflora responded to my first email when I asked them if they could help but I've sent 3 more since which have been ignored. Very disappointing. I've ordered from them many times in the past with no problem but I won't use them again.

I ordered a basket of flowers for my Granddaughter, they were ordered for Saturday 10th they came on Monday 12th and were left outside her flat. I complained to the company , they said i should have clicked garenteed delivery, they said they cannot be responsible for them being left outside. Other companies deliver on Saturdays , it said First Class Mail and cost 24.99. As my Granddaughter lives in a ground floor flat in a tower block, its a wonder they were not stolen.

I ordered my flowers to be ordered guaranteed courier delivery, and they have not arrived so i emailed customer services and no reply, tried ringing them and no answer. just an answerphone message, i have requested a refund from them but doubtful wether i will get it or not, Stay well away from this company!

Have ordered many times from this company and always been happy with quality and price of flowers delivered.
