URSIME Tracking Order Status

My order was filled as expected. I was made aware of a delay in some of the items. Unfortunately the shirts did not fit, the sizing seemed to be off. Handling the return was easy. The items looked to be well made.

I really love Ursime's products. They're of good quality and the sizes are on point, but with any measurements be sure to measure yourself or the person you are ordering clothing for. And, Ursime Size Chart is very helpful in showing you how to measure different areas of the body. Everything I ordered from Ursime has fit me exactly. I will be making more orders with them. I also like that older women that are conservative in their dress has a plethora of items to choose from and not worry if it's the latest in fashion. We older women want to look fashionable and be dressed to the nines, so to speak. Ursime does that for me I'm 62 years old and when I dress myself in Ursime clothes line and look good in these fashionable clothes. I don't look 62 year old when I dress in Ursime clothes. Thank you Ursime for keep your pulse on fashionable clothing lines for all women.

I love the clothes, but none of my purchases fit me. I am bigger and taller and all of the clothing I bought had zero stretch to them. If you order from Ursime, do it because you know that you really want it, don't order with the expectation that it might not work out, because when it doesn't work out, it will cost you 1/2 of the price of the outfit to pay for your own shipping costs back. My suggestion to a customer is be sure of your size, and if you are taller like me, consider one-piece outfits carefully. Each of my purchases were one piece, and none of them therefore worked out. The customer service is really communicative (timely) and kind which I greatly appreciated. I worked with their team really extensively to return several packages, and the instructions were clear and there were a lot of apologies and thank you's. Even in situations where I didn't need either, since the return of the product was my decision, and nothing wrong with the clothing. I appreciated the sense that I was cared for as a customer, regardless of my decisions to keep or not keep some of the clothing. That made me feel good. The thing I don't like about buying from this company is that if you want to return anything, you have to pay for it. You mail your items to New York. A $40 outfit returned gave me back $23 in the pocket due to shipping costs. The payments back to my checking account only took 7 days from the time they received my package though, which was good. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon with free returns. If I order again, I will make sure the material has stretch and I am really looking at the size chart carefully. No more one pieces, even though they're so cute!

I was concerned about shipping and delivery dates concerning my purchases so I contacted customer service they got back to me right away with shipping information and processing procedures and a full explanation of how it works took the worry away from me

Well to start I place my order for a blue jean dress of which I am still waiting on its arrival. Secondly, when I was trying to process my purchase. I used the stated discount, but it didn’t properly calculate my discount. I reach out to Ursime, and they were very timely with correct my issue.
